Enrollment information

The getting started page links to Stripe for payment, Jotform for enrollment, and Calendly for scheduling. Enrollment answers are stored in Jotform and are accessible to authorized program administrators. Information you submit through those services is governed by their privacy terms and is used to coordinate coaching. Opening a link does not confirm that payment, enrollment, or scheduling is complete.

Parents and guardians handle payment, enrollment, and scheduling. The student does not need an account on this campaign site. Payment details are handled by the payment provider, whose privacy terms apply to checkout. The campaign does not receive or store your card details.

We do not collect card details here. We do not use advertising trackers on this campaign page.
